Polished Quartz is a unique Kaleidoscope color scheme that utilizes buttons, widgets, and icons that appear to be made with embedded peices of buffed quartz. It features system icon replacements, alert icons, and a consistent look throughout the scheme. All artwork is original, and has been tweaked and refined over the time span of several months.
Requirements:
To use Polished Quartz, you must have a color capable Mac or Mac clone running Kaleidoscope 1.5 or later. For best results, use Kaleidoscope 1.7.3 or better.
Version Information:
This minor update changes the titlebar runners slightly, and darkens the menu hilite colors for much higher contrast (this allows for better menu selection in programs that don't fully support Kaleidoscope's custom MDEF).
Distribution:
This scheme may be distributed freely as long as any associated files are included. You may use elements from this scheme in your own schemes, provided you state so in a readme. Don't take credit for my hard work!
